I AM COMMITTED AND CARE FOR MY LIFE
Love is
the ability to be committed and dedicated to myself
and what life offers me
and to take care of this.
With my experiences of ‘fine’ and ‘pain’
and the circumstances in which I find myself.
Love makes it possible
that I get in touch with my 'fine' and 'pain',
acknowledge them so I can unite and reconcile myself with them.
This way I connect with what is living inside myself
as well as with my natural life flow.
By nature I stand
with a natural frankness,
open to all that life offers me.
Regardless whether this brings me
an experience of 'fine' or 'pain’
and free from judgments and shame.
I have love for myself,
For my existence and my life.
I love me.
I follow, as a matter of course, my natural flow of life,
which gives me an answer, that my body has and my brain gives,
to an experience in the form of a fine or painful experience.
I breath consciously and aware of the ‘fine’ or the ‘pain’ through the experience,
unite myself with it, love it and reconcile myself with it.
Thus I lovingly take the experience in.
I exist and, in love for my life, I breathe!
I heal, I am one with my experience and I form a whole with it.
I breathe and grow.
