If you are new, welcome! The Language of Life shares a detailed, universal life process that we as humans follow from the inside out to achieve growth, development and awareness. To be fully informed I like to refer to the introduction. If you prefer to skip it, you can also start by reading step 1.
I LIVE and EXPERIENCE,
what my perception does to me.
Inherent to life itself is
that it consists of and is nourished by
a continuous series
of stimuli and impulses,
that are influencing my life and
entail changes.
They set me in motion (they stir my waters) and
lead me from observing and beholding life
to live and experience it (and vice versa).
Enabling me to become aware of what stimulates my life,
my growth, development and awareness
and of that which actually frustrates this and
leads to destruction, deformation and uprooting
of my life.
And I can gain insights into my own natural being,
into my talents, capabilities and abilities, into my uniqueness and authenticity,
into what brings me autonomy and sovereignty
ánd
in universal life processes and laws.
Stimuli and impulses invite me in each new moment to
to choose and act.
My body is leading in this.
Initially, I stand,
from a natural openness,
open to what life offers me.
Inexperienced and ignorant, unaware of
the whole range of possibilities
that gives meaning to life.
I perceive stimuli and impulses from outside
and my body physically experiences their effects and consequences.
Depending on the range within which, the intensity with which AND
my unique talent and the extent of my ability
to perceive the strength and intensity of the stimuli and impulses,
they give me an experience of ‘fine’ or ‘pain’.
I physically experience,
at all levels of my existence,
what brings me to live life and what frustrates it.
In this way, I develop my instinct.
I LIVE ‘FINE’ OR ‘PAIN’
My body give shape to ‘fine’ or ‘pain’ by either
relaxing or tightening.
This can be seen, felt and measured
in the tension of my muscles.
And can be clearly observed in my breathing.
My body visibly shows what lives inside me.
It speaks the language of the body.
‘Fine’
I relax and unwind.
My breathing deepens and/or widens.
‘Pain’
I tense up and am alert.
I breathe more shallowly.
Both ‘fine’, as well as a tightening and strengthening of ‘pain’
can (eventually) lead to calm and healthy tension.
And ‘pain’, as well as a multiplication of ‘fine’,
can lead to restlessness and unhealthy tension.
My brain is following.
My brain registers how my body physically
answers my perception of ‘fine’ or ‘pain’.
And takes in all this information and makes connections and links
to the complete picture formed from my sensory perceptions.
This gives my brain an understanding of how my body works.
And in how external stimuli and impulses affect my perceptions
and what their possible effects on my life might be.
Into what brings me ‘ fine’ or ‘pain’ and where my limit lies and bounderies are.
My brain can now,
purely and on the basis of previous experiences
more consciously anticipate to new situations.
I develop an intuitive knowing
of what serves my life and what frustrates it.
From an interaction between my body and my brain emerges
a cooperation between them based on an awareness.
This consciousness is based on
a physical intelligence, an instinctive knowing
and a spiritual intelligence, an intuitive knowing
of what serves my life and what frustrates it.
A form of communication is developing in me
between my body and my brain, between my instinct and intuition.
In this way, my Ego, my I-power, develops,
which arises because I become aware of myself.
An objective image of my nature forms inside myself.
The ego is a natural-earthly life force to preserve the Self,
naturally taking in what feeds me and separating what causes me to die.
I live my experience and discover what this brings me.
To be continued with step 4:
Schedule so far (to be read bottomup):

I PERCEIVE
I perceive an impulse, facts, from outside with my senses.
My brain registers purely the factual sensory perceptions I have.

TO BE
I exist, I breathe, I live
